Yoga is the practice of mind-body connection, while mindfulness supports us accept and be comfortable in the present moment. As we explore these modalities — as well as, trauma-informed somatics, spiritual counseling, and other traditional therapeutic methods,— together, we will discover the best path to get you more in tune with your emotions, physical experience and your inner guide. Mastering these tools and your self-awareness will strengthen you on your path towards more inner peace.
